Job summary

Integer is seeking a manufacturing associate to support the production team in achieving goals and customer quality requirements. You will monitor issues, escalate to a supervisor, and help drive continuous improvement while assisting operators with their tasks.

Key duties include leading morning huddles, coordinating shift changes, and promoting teamwork, safety, and high standards. This role features a 1035pm-635am Sunday-Thursday shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical or business field preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area.
• Strong teamwork and leadership traits.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team to meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Monitor issues and escalate to the production supervisor as needed.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate shift change discussions.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and problem solving.
• Walk the floor, answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate.
