Job summary

Integer is seeking a Team Lead to support the manufacturing group on a 12-hour shift from 7:30pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends. The role focuses on meeting production goals, quality requirements, and continuous improvement while guiding a team of operators on the floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the supervisor, conducting audits, leading huddles, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Associate degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
• Experience performing all the jobs in the area being supported.
• Ability to motivate others and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and escalate issues to the production supervisor.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Walk the floor to address questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-training plans for associates.
• Follow production schedules with planning for staff allocation.
