Job summary

Integer Holdings in Bucks County, PA, is hiring for a role that provides direct support to the manufacturing team to meet production goals and quality requirements. You will liaise with the supervisor to align resources and ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance targets are met.

You will lead morning huddles, coach associates, and drive structured problem-solving initiatives, including audits and continuous improvement activities, while maintaining strong cross-training

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and production environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams through changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing team to achieve production goals and quality requirements.
• Act as liaison between team and supervisor to align resources and safety, quality, delivery, cost and people goals.
• Perform audits (5S, safety, quality, standardized work) to ensure adherence to policies.
• Walk the floor, answer questions, resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Support non-cyclic tasks like paperwork, model change prep, quality checks, and material movements.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and cross-training planning.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Engage team in structured problem solving to implement countermeasures.
• Step in for emergencies with knowledge of jobs and equipment.
• Coordinate shift change discussions and data for production boards.
• Contribute to daily production board meetings and shift summaries.
