Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Trenton, GA is seeking a Team Lead for the night shift (7:30 pm–7:30 am) to support the manufacturing team in meeting production goals and customer quality requirements. You will monitor operations, mentor operators, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to FDA and quality standards.

You will lead daily huddles, coordinate cross-training, and ensure safe, efficient performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate shift change discussions.
• Walk the floor, resolve issues and escalate to supervision.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem solving.
