Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Manufacturing Support professional to help the production team meet safety, quality, and output goals. The role involves floor support, problem solving, and leading daily huddles in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the supervisor to align resources, perform routine audits, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across multiple product lines. A strong team orientation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in a Technical or Business-related field, preferred.
• Experience and proven capability in performing all the jobs in the area being supported.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and participate in audits.
• Walk the floor, address questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support non-cyclic tasks to enable operators to focus on core tasks.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates to align priorities.
• Coordinate cross-training and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain area performance data and provide shift handovers for smooth transitions.
