Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for our manufacturing operations in Dallas, TX, with support for the Cincinnati, OH plant.

You will manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with workforce plans. The role covers high-volume hourly recruitment, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with HR, plant leadership, and hiring managers to build

Qualifications

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume operations experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions.
• Experience recruiting salaried, professional, or management-level positions preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, new-hire orientation, or first-year employee experience activities preferred.
• Multi-site recruiting experience and prior agency or third-party recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing, supervisors, and skilled trades.
• Partner with hiring managers, plant leadership, and HR to understand workforce plans and needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies using diverse channels and partnerships.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Dallas and Cincinnati.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Advise on labor-market conditions and recruitment approaches.
• Ensure a timely, positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support employer branding and represent Harmon at events and partnerships.
