Job summary

Fresh Mark, Inc. in Salem, Ohio is actively seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles. You will partner with plant leadership to identify staffing needs, build pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, and knowledge of employment laws. This role supports onboarding and workforce planning in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience with focus on recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct pre-employment activities, including background checks and I-9 compliance.
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS.
