Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager with a background in Recruitment/Staffing to manage client relationships, particularly within the Manufacturing sector. The candidate will act as the primary contact for client hiring needs, work with internal teams, and ensure satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Business Administration and over 5 years of relevant experience. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Sales or Account Management.
• Experience handling clients from Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with existing Manufacturing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring requirements.
• Understand client workforce needs across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations roles.
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
• Generate new business opportunities from Manufacturing companies.
