Qualifications

• Manufacturing recruiting experience required or preferred.
• Experience sourcing machinists, inspectors, and support staff is a plus.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and HR basics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, hires and onboards manufacturing candidates.
• Develops job postings and manages career boards.
• Collaborates with managers, supervisors, external business partners and others to achieve goals.
• Conducts new employee orientations
• Completes regular checkpoint meetings with new hires.
• Attends job fairs and other trade organization events for sourcing candidates.
