Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles and to coordinate a comprehensive onboarding experience.

The role will primarily support the Dallas plant with periodic recruiting support for the Cincinnati plant, partnering with HR and plant leadership to attract and integrate top talent. Responsibilities include building pipelines, managing candidate experience, collaborating with hiring managers, and using data to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, manufacturing/industrial background preferred.
• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, new-hire orientation, or first-year employee experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing, supervisors, and skilled trades.
• Partner with managers, plant leadership, and HR to understand workforce plans and profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using diverse channels and partnerships.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across Dallas and Cincinnati.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer support.
• Advise on labor-market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment approaches.
