Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle talent acquisition duties in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a network to develop a qualified candidate pool.
• Establish employer of choice reputation internally and externally.
• Represent the company to outside agencies, job fairs, conferences and social media.
• Facilitate reference checks, pre-employment screenings, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong client relationships with hiring managers and HR as a recruiting consultant.
• Meet or exceed metrics like time to fill, quality of hire, and diversity of final slate.
