Camaco LLC is seeking a Recruiter to independently manage the full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, and salaried roles. You will partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to define staffing needs, screen candidates, and guide offers from requisition through handoff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or skilled trades recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions and competing hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and data to adjust sourcing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Independently manages the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions from requisition through handoff.
• Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs, compensation parameters, and timelines; develops seeking strategies.
• Proactively sources active and passive candidates through multiple channels and builds qualified pipelines.
• Screens and evaluates candidates and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers; coordinates interviews and extends offers.
• Maintains accurate recruiting records and monitors metrics; ensures compliance with employment laws and confidentiality requirements.
