You will source, screen, and present candidates; partner with hiring managers to align staffing with production needs; and coordinate interviews and offers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in candidate sourcing and manufacturing recruiting, with strong LinkedIn/Indeed proficiency and ATSHRIS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience sourcing candidates
• Minimum 1 year recruiting for manufacturing
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist across staffing and recruiting activities including sourcing and posting jobs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and required skills for each role.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate networks.
• Screen resumes and prescreen candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Extend offers under manager guidance and maintain documentation.
• Maintain data in sourcing tools and ATS; track recruitment metrics.
• Attend job fairs and recruit via social media and job boards.
