Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruiting process at our Holland, MI plant. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top manufacturing talent while partnering with plant leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in recruiting, with preference for manufacturing industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles in the plant.
• Source candidates through diverse channels.
• Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and plan talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct reference checks and extend offers.
