Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience building and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations in industrial settings.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory planning.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the manufacturing team and drive daily operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees; onboard new hires.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and a compliant work environment.
• Coordinate production schedules with planning to meet on-time delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Monitor quality control and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain SOPs and prepare performance reports.
