Job summary

SPX Technologies, a leader in HVAC and industrial equipment, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Olathe, KS facility. You will lead a manufacturing team, oversee daily operations, hire and train staff, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of orders.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in supervision within manufacturing, with preferred experience in unionized environments and ERP-based planning.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience in unionized manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing team and oversee daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with production planning and logistics to optimize schedules.
• Maintain records and use ERP for reporting and monitoring.
