1factory, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Manager for Small and Mid-Sized Accounts. You will own inbound sales and customer success for small and mid-sized accounts, guiding them from first contact through renewals.

The role supports the Mid-Market and Enterprise efforts as the business unit grows, with travel as needed. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, a strong initiative, curiosity, and are comfortable navigating quotes, trials, and ROI discussions with customers.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience on the floor, quality or supply chain exposure.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a strong work ethic to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take initiative.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, shows, or site visits.

Responsabilités

• Own inbound sales and customer success for small and mid-sized accounts through the full sales cycle.
• Schedule demos, run trials, and define success criteria with customers.
• Negotiate, generate quotes, POs, and onboarding documents.
• Engage cross-functionally to drive renewals, expansions, and ARR growth.
