Dixie is seeking a Sales Manager for Manufacturing Solutions to drive revenue growth by identifying and managing manufacturing opportunities. You will translate customer needs into technical and commercial Dixie solutions, and develop Dixie products outside the main markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex B2B opportunities, and negotiate terms to close deals while building long-term customer relationships across technical and commercial stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of relevant sales, technical sales, business development, contract manufacturing, toll manufacturing, or related industrial experience.
• Experience selling or supporting manufacturing, processing, specialty chemicals, or other technical solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within the Manufacturing Solutions segment.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Communicate value propositions based on Dixie’s equipment, processing capabilities, raw materials, analytics, and supporting systems.
