Job summary

New Hampshire Manufacturing Alliance seeks a Manufacturing Solutions Manager to work with manufacturers across New Hampshire and the surrounding region. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a manufacturing professional role focused on identifying operational challenges and matching NHMA's capabilities to client needs.

You will visit facilities, build relationships with executives, translate challenges into actionable solutions, develop proposals, and manage projects from start to finish

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate with manufacturing executives and operational leaders.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Ability to translate problems into practical business solutions.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with manufacturers and develop new business opportunities in NH and surrounding regions.
• Visit facilities to assess operational challenges and opportunities.
• Identify Lean, CI, quality-system, and training opportunities and connect NHMA capabilities.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, project plans, and recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and projects from engagement to completion.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional NHMA support options.
