Job summary

Databricks is seeking experienced pre-sales Solutions Architects to partner with Enterprise AEs and define technical strategies for large accounts. You will build proofs-of-concept, demonstrate Databricks products, and lead virtual teams to drive ML and AI adoption across multiple verticals.

You will collaborate with hands-on resources, mentor teammates, and articulate the business value of Databricks solutions, enabling data-driven transformations at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and leading virtual teams.
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and data science.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience conducting live coding sessions with stakeholders.
• Databricks Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy in accounts with clear business value.
• Build a movement of technical champions within accounts.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
• Establish and lead virtual teams to success within the account.
• Build relationships with executives and influencers internally and with customers.
• Leverage experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and data science.
• Drive data-driven transformation using data.
• Demonstrate production programming in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Conduct live coding sessions with stakeholders.
