Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Experienced Hire to support full-cycle recruiting for experienced professionals, managers, and leadership roles. You will screen candidates, present strong recommendations, and guide searches from intake through offer.

This highly visible, individual contributor role requires independent work, influence with stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting experienced professionals, managers, and leadership talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
• Experience with candidate assessment, offer negotiations, and compensation discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience supporting professional services, consulting, corporate, technology, finance, or other knowledge-based organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire and leadership-level talent
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment interviews
• Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to business leaders
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on selection decisions
• Support offer development, compensation discussions, and candidate negotiations
• Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong stakeholder communication
