Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects across Quality, Engineering and Operations. This role maintains project schedules, calendars, meeting records, action logs, and, with the support of Finance, budget trackers; follows up on commitments; and alerts leaders to delays, cost concerns, and unresolved issues.

• Strong organization and follow-through with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience coordinating projects in manufacturing/operations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain project plans and schedules with milestones and owners.
• Track budgets, costs, and variances for leadership review.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and required reviews.
• Prepare agendas and distribute notes with actions and owners.
• Follow up with leaders to meet commitments and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and quality checks.
• Provide concise status updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Escalate issues affecting schedule, budget, or quality.
