• Experience coordinating projects in manufacturing or operations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to track budgets and schedule compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans with milestones and owners.
• Track budgets, spend, and costs; flag variances.
• Coordinate calendars and meetings.
• Prepare agendas, document decisions, and distribute meeting notes with actions and owners.
• Follow up to keep commitments on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and quality checks.
• Provide concise status updates with progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Escalate issues affecting schedules, budgets, quality, or standards.
