Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing production.
• Experience with manufacturing process development or improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (secret).
• Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects across extended value streams.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions and labor standards.
• Provide technical input and guidance to engineering designs and changes.
• Improve producibility and resolve constraints through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
