RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Development Engineer to lead and coordinate projects across the extended value streams, providing manufacturing support from early development through transition to production.

You will define the manufacturing plan and influence program decisions to improve value across the entire line. Requirements include a STEM degree and 5+ years in manufacturing, knowledge of DFMA, GD&T, and CREO/ProE, and the ability to obtain interim and final Secret

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing production environments.
• Experience with manufacturing process development or improvement.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate projects across extended value streams providing manufacturing support from development through production.
• Develop manufacturing data packages including assembly instructions, workflows, labor standards, and tooling designs.
• Provide technical input and peer review on engineering designs and changes.
• Offer guidance to factory engineers and apply skills to resolve constraints and improve processes.
