Job summary

ASML Wilton CT is seeking a Manager to lead a Supplier Quality Engineering team within the Industrialization Group. You will oversee 15–20 engineers and cost engineers, driving manufacturing-ready solutions in coordination with design, program teams, and suppliers.

The role requires building a high-performing team, training, coaching, and developing competencies while ensuring delivery, quality, reliability, and cost targets. Travel up to 20% is expected, including international trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 8 years experience with 5+ years managing direct reports.
• Lead teams in high-tech development/manufacturing environments.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) experience with tooling.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 15–20 engineers (supplier quality & cost).
• Deliver on-time product delivery with required quality and cost.
• Ensure quality of deliverables across industrialization & cost docs and supplier parts.
• Own training and competence activities for the group; tech roadmaps with suppliers.
• Lead recruitment and develop technical supplier quality competencies.
