Job summary

ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Group Lead, JG8, to provide operational and people leadership in a high-volume manufacturing area. You will drive quality, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement while supporting new product introductions and ramp-up efforts.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years of people leadership, with a focus on safety, ISO standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of people management and operational leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment; hands-on preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of production management, quality systems and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years with MS Office, SAP, ERP software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees assigned workcenters on-shift production execution.
  • Leads and inputs module output with 2–13 week horizon planning.
  • Ensures sustained volume output, quality, and cost performance on-shift.
  • Collaborates with off-shift peers to achieve targets.
  • Leads and develops Team Leads and technicians.
  • Manages staffing to meet production targets.
  • Performs performance dialogues and development planning.
  • Ensures readiness for new product introductions.
