Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina seeks a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team and oversee maintenance in the production area, ensuring efficient operations and cgmp compliance.

You will direct daily maintenance activities, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and contribute to planning and budgeting while collaborating with outside contractors. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field; 4+ years of experience leading maintenance teams.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems and leadership.
• Preferred 8 years of experience with CMMS and production equipment.
• Strong ability to train and mentor team members.
• Proficiency with safety and quality standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance operational plan and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis in the own perimeter.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and effectively manage resources to optimize performance.
