Job summary

Carolina Foods, LLC in the United States seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to lead maintenance and reliability programs across production and warehouse facilities. You will oversee PMs, repairs, and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in CMMS and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to maximize uptime.
• Develop and train maintenance crew for repair, changeover and efficiency.
• Create and implement a preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Collaborate with HR to hire technicians and supervisors as needed.
• Maintain safety procedures including lockout/tag out and equipment guarding.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenditures.
• Walk the floor daily to observe equipment function and gather improvement ideas.
• Ensure timely communication with production supervisors and other department heads.
