Job summary

NOW Health Group INC seeks a maintenance professional to oversee jobs and monitor progress on production and maintenance projects. You will install, operate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot complex equipment while documenting work and supporting PM activities.

Responsibilities include training junior staff, participating in root cause analysis, and suggesting equipment improvements. Must meet safety and GMP standards and be flexible for shifts and travel to other facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two to five years related experience and/or training.
• General knowledge of electric, welding and machine shop. OSHA standards, lock-out/tag-out knowledge.
• Food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns jobs and tasks and monitors progress of production and maintenance projects.
• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, lubricates, checks, and troubleshoots machinery and equipment.
• Performs PM and repair work and tracks PM activities.
• Documents work and completes reports using maintenance software and paper forms; initiates purchase requests for parts.
