Job summary

bioMérieux in the United States seeks a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team overseeing daily maintenance, preventive, corrective and urgent work. You will manage PM workflow using CMMS, coordinate with outside contractors, and ensure safety and quality in all activities.

This working supervisor role spends ~70% in production maintenance and 30% in office admin, driving efficiency, scheduling, and training while contributing to budget forecasting and project work like new equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field with 4+ years of leadership in automated systems.
• Or 8+ years of experience leading teams with highly automated electrical/mechanical equipment.
• CMMS knowledge and experience managing maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations for production maintenance.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Implement maintenance plan strategies and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and project work including new equipment installs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and manage resources for efficiency.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members and conduct audits.
• Ensure documentation and records meet site procedures and cGMP.
• Plan, track, and report progress using CMMS across shifts and management.
