Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant maintenance field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in highly automated environments.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance operational plan.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage resources.
• Plan, initiate, and track work using CMMS to meet schedules.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Perform departmental audits.
• Follow site Safety Policies and OSHA policies.
• Assist outside technicians or departments as needed.
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
