Bimeda is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team and drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to uphold GMP, OSHA standards and ensure reliable equipment performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5–7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, and prior supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and utilities; maintain logs.
