Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance with minimal production disruption.
• Oversee installation, repair, and reliability of equipment and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and FDA requirements.
• Manage maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering to optimize uptime.
