Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in our Graham, NC facility. You will organize preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee outside contractors, and drive reliability improvements across electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, planning maintenance work, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and mentoring technicians while coordinating with production to minimize downtime and support new equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field with 4+ years of experience leading automated systems.
• Or 8+ years of experience with automated electrical and mechanical systems in lieu of a degree.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance operational plan and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis in the own perimeter.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and effectively manage resources to optimize performance.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training, mentoring, and drive professional development.
