Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and support continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FDA, GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and collaborate across teams to reduce downtime.
