Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, organize maintenance management, and oversee preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance workflows within the CMMS framework.

The role requires supervising the production maintenance shift, contributing to project work such as new product implementation and machine installations, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while reducing downtime.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in highly automated electrical and mechanical systems with leadership experience.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems to ensure optimal performance.
Implement and ensure execution of the maintenance operational plan and strategy.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
Contribute to budget forecast and analysis in the own perimeter.
Contribute to specific projects including new product implementation and new machine installations in the maintenance area.
Coordinate maintenance activities and effectively manage resources to optimize performance.
Monitor team performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members, fostering skill development and a collaborative work environment.
