Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Or in lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience with highly automated electrical and mechanical systems and leadership.
• Preferred 8 years of experience with CMMS and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Implement and ensure execution of maintenance plans and strategy.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance in all activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis.
• Oversee projects including new product implementation and machine installations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage resources for performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Perform PM verifications and ensure documentation per procedures.
