Job summary

800flowerscareers seeks a Manufacturing Lead - Line to guide a production team, coordinate line setup, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery. You will train new hires and occasionally cover for supervisors, directing daily tasks and maintaining safety on the floor.

This 1st shift runs from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with potential 7:00 AM–3:30 PM hours for closing or receiving. You’ll collaborate across departments to meet customer specs and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs if required.
• English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate job instructions to new and temporary staff.
