800flowerscareers seeks a Manufacturing Lead - Line to guide production teams on the shop floor, protect quality, and meet production targets. You will act as a liaison between supervisors and staff, delegating tasks and providing hands-on direction during the 1st shift.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• English reading and speaking proficiency required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to perform at a high level
• Demonstrate job instructions to new and temporary staff in alignment with departmental expectations
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up production lines accordingly
• Collaborate and communicate within the department and across multiple departments
• Foster a positive work environment with high morale and performance expectations
• Reassign and regroup associates within assigned areas to maximize team strengths
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving production line issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational work environment
