Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate associates to support daily productivity and performance expectations.
• Demonstrate job instructions and proper processes to new and temporary team members.
• Evaluate incoming orders and organize production workflow accordingly.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks within assigned production areas.
• Communicate department priorities, workflow updates, and operational needs to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Reassign or regroup associates to maximize strengths and support production needs.
• Provide timely feedback to team members.
