Job summary

1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate daily operations on the production floor, provide on-the-floor leadership, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in a multi-temperature environment.

You will support training, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety standards and company values. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, 8–10 hour shifts, and hands-on supervisory work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and training in a multi-temperature environment.
• Use WMS or SAP to track productivity and ensure goals are met.
• Provide feedback to associates in one-on-one and group settings.
• Conduct department start-up meetings and document process changes.
• Uphold safety, SQF requirements and company values.
