Job summary

Personalization Mall is seeking a Manufacturing Lead - Line to guide and mentor production staff, ensure quality and on-time output, and coordinate line setup based on orders. You will act as a lead/delegator on the floor, communicating with supervisors and other departments to hit performance targets.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 1st shift runs 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for closing/receiving), with a pay rate of

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate job instructions to new and temporary staff, adhering to departmental expectations when not performing these duties.
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line accordingly.
• Collaborate and communicate within the department, extending communication to multiple departments within the organization.
• Foster an environment of positive morale and high-performance expectations.
• Regroup associates within assigned areas to maximize team members' strengths.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and report/resolve production line problems promptly.
• Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
