Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of learning and development experience
• Master's degree with 1+ year of learning and development experience
• At least 5 years of learning and development experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business priorities
• Lead engaging training sessions for hourly and salaried employees
• Develop competency-based training for hourly manufacturing staff and leadership programs for salaried staff
• Design presentations, facilitator guides, lesson plans, job aids, and digital content
• Use SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Synthesia to deliver, track, and report training
• Create a monthly training calendar and coordinate schedules and participation
• Monitor training completion, KPIs, and program effectiveness
• Gather feedback to continuously improve learning programs
