The role focuses on designing solutions, leading onboarding, and building learning pathways that drive culture change and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year learning/development experience OR Master's with no experience OR 3+ years learning/development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and develop learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and improve learning experiences.
• Lead onboarding and development programs to accelerate readiness and culture integration.
• Develop leadership learning experiences and coaching structures.
• Maintain learning pathways, training plans, and competency frameworks.
• Partner with leaders to adopt P&L Way principles and continuous improvement.
• Build facilitator capability through coaching and train-the-trainer methods.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Administer learning systems, records, and reporting processes.
• Support communication and change adoption to translate learning into results.
