Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Night Shift initiatives at our South San Antonio plant. You will partner with Plant HR and manufacturing leadership to plan, staff, onboard, and stabilize a high-volume production workforce while driving engagement and HR program effectiveness.

The role emphasizes workforce analytics, KPI ownership, and collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training to ensure a successful launch and ongoing HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of human resources experience.
• Master's degree and at least 4 years of human resources experience.
• Alternatively, at least 8 years of human resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR business partner to the Plant HR Manager and leadership team across employee relations and workforce planning.
• Lead Night Shift launch efforts including workforce readiness, staffing, onboarding, and change management.
• Support training alignment and employee communications during training and transition phases.
• Own and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, attrition, absenteeism, staffing levels, retention, and engagement.
• Provide leadership and development support to HR team members and partner with cross-functional teams.
