Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Learning and Development Lead for our San Antonio, TX facility. You will partner with senior leaders to identify training needs, develop programs for both hourly and salaried employees, and leverage SAP SuccessFactors and Synthesia to deliver impactful learning experiences.

You will design materials, coordinate calendars, track KPIs, and drive leadership development across the plant to boost performance and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of learning/development experience.
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of learning/development experience.
• At least 5 years of learning/development experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business priorities.
• Lead engaging training sessions for hourly and salaried employees.
• Develop competency-based training for manufacturing staff and leadership.
• Design presentations, facilitator guides, lesson plans, job aids, manuals, and digital content.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors Learning and LMS tools to track, document, and report training.
• Coordinate monthly training calendars and schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor training completion, participation, and KPIs; prepare reports and identify improvements.
• Continuously improve learning programs based on feedback and outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple projects and maintain accurate training records.
