Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager, L&D to lead the design, development, and delivery of technical training. This onsite role covers onboarding, on-the-job training, and career pathways for both direct and indirect employees across North America.

You will drive alignment with corporate learning goals, ensure ISO/EHS compliance, and leverage LMS/SAP-like systems to track progress. A strong background in manufacturing training and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of training program design in manufacturing.
• Experience leading small teams and project ownership with NA travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training for Austin facility and NA sites.
• Collaborate with Site and HR leaders to standardize programs enterprise-wide.
• Review training programs to improve quality, engagement, and retention.
• Align learning efforts with corporate learning roadmap.
• Maintain knowledge of new training methods and requirements.
• Utilize LMS, MES, and Talent Development tools.
