Job summary

InterMetro Industries in the United States is seeking a Training Manager to lead companywide learning programs, assess needs, design curricula, and manage learning systems to empower employees across departments.

You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, and external vendors to deliver effective training, track metrics, and drive a culture of continuous development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Business discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Experience managing training programs, learning systems, or cross-functional training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and continuous improvement of companywide training programs aligned with business priorities.
• Manages planning, delivery, and evaluation of training content, schedules, and resources.
• Oversees enrollment, communications, and tracking to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Partners with leaders across departments to identify learning objectives and solutions.
• Manages relationships with vendors and external trainers for curriculum development.
• Owns LMS processes, reporting, and training metrics.
• Measures training effectiveness and implements improvements.
