Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Learning and Development Lead for our San Antonio, TX facility. You will partner with senior leaders to identify training needs, develop competency-based programs, and deliver engaging training to hourly and salaried employees.

You will leverage SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Synthesia to create, track, and measure impactful learning experiences that support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of learning/development experience
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of learning/development experience
• At least 5 years of learning/development experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business priorities.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for hourly and salaried employees.
• Build competency-based training for hourly manufacturing employees and leadership development for salaried staff.
• Create training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, and digital content.
• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors Learning and LMS tools to assign, track, and report training; use Synthesia for video content.
• Coordinate a monthly training calendar and liaise between business, learning partners, and external providers.
• Track training completion, participation, and KPIs; prepare reports and identify trends.
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Support talent development initiatives.
